Pre-Sale Terms & Conditions

By placing an order during our pre-sale campaign, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your order.
  1. Eligibility

    You must be 21 years or older to purchase wine from us. By ordering, you represent and warrant that: You are of legal drinking age. You are not purchasing on behalf of anyone under 21. Any recipient of the wine is also 21 or older.

  2. Nature of the Pre-Sale

    This pre-sale offers access to wine that is currently in production. Your order reserves a limited allocation of the following products: Brut, Blanc de Blancs and Rose. The wine is not yet bottled and will not be available for shipment or pickup until production is complete.

  3. Payment

    Payment is due in full at the time of your order. Sales tax will be calculated based on Virginia state law. All transactions are in U.S. dollars. dollars.

  4. Delivery & Fulfillment

    We estimate that wines will be available for delivery or pickup by September 30, 2025. However, this timeline may shift based on production schedules, regulatory approvals, or supply chain factors. You will receive a notification when your order is shipped or ready to be picked up. Note: Wines will not be released until: They are fully bottled and labeled. Legal age verification is confirmed at pickup.

  5. Pickup Policy

    If you choose pick up, you will be notified when your wine is ready. Wines must be picked up within 90 days of notification unless other arrangements are made. After this period, your order may be considered forfeited and non-refundable.

  6. Refunds & Cancellations

    All pre-sale orders are non-refundable and non-cancelable unless: We are unable to fulfill your order within 6 months of your purchase. If a refund is necessary due to winery error or force majeure, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  7. Force Majeure

    We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.

  8. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will apply only to new orders or future pre-sales.

  9. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Loudoun County, Virginia.
